This policy applies to purchases of premium access from Metrion Aaventic Technologies LLP (operating Kodexing), referred to below as “Kodexing”. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
Refund & Cancellation
Kodexing provides digital educational services that are made available shortly after successful payment. Accordingly:
- Purchases are generally final.
- Refund requests are not ordinarily accepted once digital access has been provided.
However, nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If a refund is required by law or due to an error attributable to Kodexing, it will be handled in accordance with those legal obligations.
